There is a chance that your trust deed investment will be fractionalized. Additionally, if the Mortgage is negotiated by your mortgage Mortgage broker, you will receive a lender/purchaser disclosure statement that will identify the mortgage Mortgage broker and representatives, the amount and terms of the Mortgage, servicing arrangements and information about the borrower.
